5. Payments
5.1 Invoiced Services
Unless otherwise agreed, payment for all invoiced services must be received within 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
5.2 Monthly Support Agreements Recurring support services under our Monthly Support Agreements must be paid in advance on the 1st day of each month. Failure to process timely payment may result in temporary suspension of support and included online services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we limit our liability for any direct damages arising from use of our services up to the total amount paid for those services in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
